Terms of Service & Disclaimer

Visible & Found is a web design and digital visibility service owned and operated by Deitra, a sole proprietor based in Rocklin, California. We serve small businesses nationwide. By engaging our services you agree to the terms outlined on this page in their entirety. These terms apply to all services including but not limited to website design, Google Business Profile setup, SEO optimization, feature stories, social media captions, landing pages, AI visibility audits, maintenance plans and monthly content packages.

All delivery timelines are stated in business days — Monday through Friday excluding weekends and federal holidays. Your project timeline begins on the date that your complete Client Content Checklist is received by Visible & Found — not the date of inquiry or payment. A complete submission includes all required business information, photos, logo files, written content and any specific design preferences outlined in your checklist.

Visible & Found is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, unclear or late client submissions. If your content checklist is not received within 14 business days of your project start date Visible & Found reserves the right to pause or reschedule your project without penalty.

Specific delivery timelines by service:

• Website packages — initial draft within 5 business days of receiving complete content
• Google Business Profile Setup — within 3 business days of receiving complete business information
• SEO Starter Package — within 5 business days of receiving website access
• Feature Story — within 3 business days of receiving business details and photos
• Social Captions — within 3 business days of receiving business details
• Landing Page — within 5 business days of receiving complete content
• AI Visibility Audit — within 3 business days of confirmed payment
• Monthly Content Package — delivered by the 1st of each month following onboarding

All website packages and landing pages include two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. A revision round is defined as one consolidated list of change requests submitted in a single message or document. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of initial draft delivery. Requests submitted after this window may be treated as a new revision round and billed accordingly.

Additional revision rounds beyond the two included are available at $50 per round. Significant scope changes — including but not limited to complete redesigns, changes to the agreed package scope or requests that require rebuilding sections from scratch — may be quoted separately and are not covered under the included revision rounds.

Non-website services including feature stories, social captions, Google Business Profile setups and AI audits include one round of minor revisions only.

Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of work unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. Visible & Found accepts payment via Venmo, Cash App, PayPal and major credit cards where applicable.

All sales are final. Visible & Found does not offer refunds on completed work, work in progress or digital deliverables that have been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with your deliverable please contact us at visibleandfound@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery and we will work with you in good faith to address your concerns through the revision process.

Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, business closure, failure to provide required content in a timely manner or dissatisfaction with results that fall outside the scope of what was promised — including but not limited to search rankings, website traffic or social media engagement.

Monthly recurring services including maintenance plans and monthly content packages may be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial month refunds are not issued.

The SEO Starter Package provides foundational on-page optimization designed to give your website the best possible start in search engine results. Visible & Found does not guarantee any specific search engine ranking position, placement on page one of Google or any measurable increase in website traffic within any specific timeframe.

Search engine rankings are determined entirely by Google and other search engines using complex and frequently changing algorithms that are outside the control of Visible & Found. Most websites begin to see movement in rankings within 60 to 90 days of optimization however results vary significantly by industry, location, competition level and the age of the website.

No reputable SEO provider can guarantee page one rankings and any provider making such a guarantee should be approached with extreme caution. Visible & Found is not responsible for ranking changes that occur as a result of Google algorithm updates, competitor activity or any other external factors after delivery of the SEO Starter Package.

The Google Business Profile Setup service includes the complete creation, claiming, verification and optimization of your Google Business Profile. Visible & Found does not guarantee any specific placement in Google Maps results, local search rankings or the number of customer reviews received as a result of this service.

Google controls all aspects of the Google Business Profile platform including but not limited to verification timelines, listing placement, suspension policies and platform changes. Visible & Found is not responsible for any changes Google makes to its platform, policies or algorithms after delivery of this service.

Most businesses begin appearing in local Google search results within 2 to 6 weeks of profile verification. Timelines vary by location, industry and level of local competition and are determined entirely by Google — not by Visible & Found.

The AI Visibility Audit provides a snapshot of your business's current visibility across AI-powered search tools, Google, online directories and social media platforms at the time the audit is conducted. Results reflect publicly available information only.

AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Perplexity update their data independently and results may change at any time without notice. Visible & Found is not responsible for changes in your AI search visibility after the audit is delivered.

The audit report includes recommendations based on our findings. Implementation of those recommendations is the sole responsibility of the client unless additional services are purchased from Visible & Found to address identified gaps. The $100 service discount applies to new service bookings made within 7 business days of audit delivery only and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers.

To ensure timely and accurate delivery of your project you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide complete and accurate business information including your business name, contact details, services, photos and any specific requests in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for additional information or clarification within 5 business days
• Submit all revision requests in a single consolidated list per revision round
• Review and approve or request revisions on your deliverable within 5 business days of receipt
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any photos, logos or content you provide to Visible & Found

Visible & Found is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies or legal issues arising from content provided by the client. By submitting content to Visible & Found you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe on any third party intellectual property rights.

Upon receipt of full payment all website files, written content and digital deliverables created by Visible & Found for the client become the property of the client. Visible & Found retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, on its website and in its marketing materials unless the client requests in writing that their project be kept confidential.

Visible & Found retains ownership of all proprietary processes, templates, frameworks and methodologies used in the creation of deliverables. Client ownership applies to the final deliverable only — not to the underlying tools, templates or processes used to create it.

Visible & Found's total liability to any client for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service in question.

Visible & Found is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, loss of business opportunity or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use any deliverable provided by Visible & Found.

Results from website design, SEO optimization, Google Business Profile setup, AI audits and all other services vary by client, industry, location and numerous external factors outside the control of Visible & Found. No outcome is guaranteed beyond the delivery of the agreed service scope.

Visible & Found is committed to resolving any concerns or disputes in good faith. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service please contact us directly at visibleandfound@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery before pursuing any other course of action.

We will make every reasonable effort to address your concern through communication and where appropriate through the revision process. Many concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

By engaging Visible & Found's services you agree that direct communication is the first and required step in any dispute resolution process before escalating to any third party platform, payment dispute process or legal action.

Visible & Found reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for any changes.
